Prenatal Support

Free consultation. Two prenatal meetings where pregnancy, labor positions, pain management, birth, and postpartum care is discussed. Weekly check-ins as well as 24/7 phone, text, and email support. 4 weeks of on call time.

Birth Support

Steady, faith-filled labor and birth support with no time limit. Emotional, educational, physical, and spiritual support for the mother and the partner. Two hours of support following birth to help with baby latching/bottle feeding and post-birth clean up.

Postpartum Support

One postpartum visit 1-4 weeks post-birth. Lactation, bottle feeding, newborn care, recovery, and mental health resources. A thoughtful gift for mom and baby. 24/7 phone, text, and email support.

What does a birth doula do?

A birth doula is a trained, non-medical support person who provides emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. My role is to offer a calm presence, comfort measures, and informed guidance while honoring you and your partners values and birth preferences. A doula does not offer medical advice or perform medical task.

Does a doula replace my partner or support person?

Absolutely not! I support both you and your partner. I help guide partners in how to offer effective support, step in when they need rest, and work alongside them while never replacing their role.

When should I hire a birth doula?

Many families hire a doula in the second trimester, but support can begin at any point in pregnancy. It is never too early or too late to hire a birth doula.

What is your faith-based approach?

My work is rooted in a Christian worldview that honors God’s design for women’s bodies and birth. Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual encouragement are offered during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. As always, preferences will be discussed during our consultation and intake process.
